"Grammar explanations just didn’t work for me"
I used Mango Languages for a bit, and the grammar explanations were weak. It gives you phrases and kind of expects you to figure out the pattern on your own, but I kept getting stuck on why certain words changed or why things were said a certain way. Some of the notes are so short they barely help, like okay but what’s the actual rule here... If you’re trying to really understand grammar, it gets frustrating fast. For me, it just wasn’t worth it.

"Logging in is usually easy for me"
I use Mango Languages a few times a week, so I care mostly about whether I can get into my account without wasting time. For me, the login works smoothly most days. It usually remembers me, and the app loads fast enough that I’m not sitting there getting annoyed. I did have one random time where it kicked me out and I had to refresh the page, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it’s been reliable for how I use it.

"Pretty handy for offline lessons"
I’ve been using Mango Languages mostly for the offline lessons, and so far that’s been the best part for me. I download a few before getting on the train or when I know my Wi-Fi might be spotty, and it usually picks up where I left off without much fuss. I can’t really say how it holds up for every language or every situation, since I’ve only used it casually, but for my needs it’s been useful. Downloads can be a little slower than I’d expect sometimes, so it’s not perfect, but overall it’s a solid option if you’re traveling or don’t always have internet

"Easy to follow, especially if you’re new"
I’m new to learning languages, and Mango has been really easy for me to get into. The lessons are short enough that they don’t feel overwhelming, and everything is explained in a simple way. I’ve tried a couple other language apps before and ended up feeling kind of lost, but this one has been much easier to stick with. Definitely a good option if you’re just starting out.

"helps a little"
it does help a bit, but the lessons don’t really stick with me as much as i hoped they would.

"Decent lessons, but the site can be frustrating"
I started using this a while back, maybe around March or April, and the lessons themselves are okay. Nothing amazing, but they get the job done. The main issue for me is the site feels a bit clunky. I keep clicking through menus trying to figure out where I was, and it takes longer than it should to get back to the lesson I left off on. It’s not terrible, just kind of annoying after a while

"Really easy to stick with"
I don’t know, something about these lessons just really works for me. They’re clear, not overwhelming, and I actually feel like keeping up with them, which says a lot

"Helpful for Staying on Track"
I really like how Mango shows my progress after each lesson. It makes it simple to see what I’ve completed and what to do next, which helps me stay motivated. It’s not perfect, but overall it does a nice job of keeping things clear without feeling overwhelming.

"Good lessons, but the app is frustratingly laggy"
The lessons themselves are actually good, and I feel like I’m learning from them. But the app lags way too much, which makes it hard to stay focused. Also, some of the wording in the app makes it sound smoother and easier to use than it really is, which feels a bit misleading once you’re actually trying to get through a lesson.

"Good lessons, but the billing and next steps were confusing"
The lessons themselves were actually good, and I didn’t have any issues with the content. But the billing part was unclear. I felt like the details were kind of buried, and I ended up getting charged sooner than I expected. What frustrated me most was not knowing what the next steps were or what I was supposed to do to avoid the charge. A clearer explanation upfront would’ve made the whole experience a lot better.

"Really helpful support"
Had trouble getting into my Mango Languages account through my library login and was stuck for a bit. Emailed support and got a reply faster than expected. Super nice person, explained everything in simple steps, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. Worked after that, and they even followed up to make sure it was okay. Not a huge issue, but good support really does make a difference. 5 stars from me.

"I’ve been using Mango Languages for…"
I’ve been using Mango Languages for a few months now, the price feels reasonable. I’ve tried a couple other language apps that cost more, and I always felt like I had to use them constantly just to justify the money. With Mango, I don’t really have that worry. The lessons are solid enough for everyday learning, and I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. It’s not perfect, though, some languages seem a little more limited than others. But overall, I’m happy with it and don’t feel like I’m throwing money away.

"So glad I gave Mango a try"
I found Mango through my local library i was relieved by how easy it was to get started. Logging in was simple, and the lessons are clear without feeling boring or repetitive. I’ve been using it on my phone for Spanish and haven’t had any issues so far. It’s really nice to have something this helpful available for free.

"It actually keeps me motivated"
I’ve found myself coming back to Mango more than I expected. The little goals and streaks make me want to keep going instead of dropping it after a few days like I usually do. The lessons are short and manageable, so even when I’m tired, I can still get myself to practice a bit

"Helpful once you get into the rhythm"
I’ve been using this for pronunciation practice, the repetition does help things stick after a while. Reading between the lines, it feels like the app is really built around steady practice more than quick fixes, which I actually like. Some of the voices can take a bit to load now and then, but it hasn’t stopped me from using it.

"Good app, though it gets a little samey"
I like the app overall and the lessons are easy to follow. Sometimes I’ll be going through them and realize it feels a bit repetitive, like I’m doing the same kind of thing again. Not a huge deal, but the speaking practice could definitely be better. That’s the part I was hoping would feel a little more useful

"Honestly, way more in-depth than I thought"
I only signed up hoping to learn a few basic phrases, but wow. The lessons actually go deep with grammar, listening practice, culture notes, and review all fitting together really well. Nice. It feels more like an actual course than just a bunch of random vocab words

"Pretty good, especially for the culture notes"
I’ve been using Mango Languages for a bit, and what I like most is that it doesn’t just throw vocabulary and grammar at you. It adds little cultural tips here and there, like how people might actually speak or behave in different places, which makes the lessons feel more real. Some parts can feel a little slow, at least for me, but the cultural stuff keeps it interesting. Overall, I’d say it’s roughly a 4-star experience.

"Really happy with the clear, natural audio"
Really happy with it so far. I’ve been using Mango Languages for a few weeks now, and the audio quality has made a big difference for me.

The speakers sound natural instead of robotic, and it’s easy to catch those small pronunciation differences. I’ll replay the same phrase a bunch of times sometimes, and it still doesn’t get annoying or muffled, especially with headphones. It just makes practicing feel a lot easier.

"Language options were a letdown"
I was hoping to use Mango, but the language selection was disappointing. The language I needed wasn’t available, and some of the other options felt a little random, or not random, maybe just not what I expected. Either way, it’s not very useful for me if I can’t study the language I actually want.
